What is CasaAI?
CasaAI is a product for anyone who wants to automate how they buy, own, or sell properties. There is a huge range of people who want to get into real estate, especially the younger generation, but have no idea how to. House prices are skyrocketing, mortgages are compounding, and the real estate market is chaotic - CasaAI will serve in another way to help anyone navigate the market.
Why did CasaAI start?
I started CasaAI as a fun side project to help my mom with her property management company. It all came to play on Christmas 2024, when a tenant decided it would be a great Christmas present if he dropped a beer bottle down a washing machine. This destroyed the machine, and my mom had to find a washing machine repairman during Christmas time, while we were in India….
It’s already pretty difficult to find one that wouldn’t charge an arm and a leg, and with a 10 hr 30 min time zone difference, it would be way more difficult. I wanted to help, so my first instinct was to look for property management companies that would handle all of this for her, even if she was on the moon.
What I found were 3 things:
- Insane prices
- Complicated features
- Slow response times
I want CasaAI to be the polar opposite, where it doesn’t cost you a liver, easy for anyone to understand, and rapid response times.
Who should use CasaAI?
As mentioned before, CasaAI will serve as a way for anyone to be able to use it. For now, it’ll serve as a way for anyone to buy, own, and sell properties. In the future, I want this to serve as an education platform for anyone to read about how to start in the property & real estate management business, as it’s ever growing in complexity and size.
